Payment is generally due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise contracted.
Account balances not paid timely may be subject to further collection efforts to include, but not limited to, assignment to a professional collection agency and/or submission of the debt to the State Franchise Tax Board for interception of tax refunds.

Customers billed by the university may use the Paying by eCheck service to pay their account(s) using funds withdrawn from a checking or savings account they specify.
